Four purification modules:


High-voltage electrostatic precipitation + catalytic filter screen + UV LED＋ anion  generation

a) Electrostatic device and dust collecting screen: Make the suspended dust particles in air adsorbed to the dust collecting screen by making use of the action of electrostatic field. In the meantime, germs can be killed, relieving disease spreading.

b) VOC/PCO catalytic filter screen: Metallic honeycomb structure is adopted as the carrier and supported nano noble metal (Pt, Pd) and oxide are used as catalyst, and it has high catalysis and decomposition efficiency on VOC gas. In the meantime, PCO material (photocatalytic oxidation material) is attached to the surface of catalyst material; under UV light action, there is synergy with VOC catalyst, deeply purifying VOC. There is the efficiency of disinfection, deodorization, decomposing such toxic and harmful gas as formaldehyde, benzene, dimethylbenzene and ammonia. VOC/PCO complex catalytic filter is featured by low wind resistance and long service life.

c)UV LED: After photocatalytic absorption of UV LED ultraviolet rays, free electron and hole will produce. Under the condition that there is oxygen and water molecule in air, hydroxyl free radical and active oxygen atom with high capacity of oxidation and decomposition will produce, and the organic pollutants in air (formaldehyde, benzene, dimethylbenzene, etc.) can be decomposed into carbon dioxide and water, and the cell membrane of bacterium can be destroyed and the protein of virus can be solidified. There is very good function in disinfection and deodorization.

d) Anion generator: Anion is called vitamin of the air. The anion of proper amount produced by anion generator can neutralize the positive ion in air, making the purified air fresh and clean.
 

1. Vehicles running in haze weather;
2. There are smokers in the car;
3. The drivers and conductors who are nagged by new car pollution;
4. The car often taken by pregnant woman, children, old man and car owners who have weak immunity (such as patients with chronic respiratory disease);
5. There is peculiar smell in car needing removal, such as fishy smell or other foul smell.
